Lorenzo Casavecchia is Director of Client Solutions and one of the founding leaders of Altis Project, a European workplace interiors firm specialising in the design and delivery of office environments for international organisations.
His role is to act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth decision-making and strong alignment between all project stakeholders. With a background in accounting and project management, Lorenzo has developed a deep understanding of the financial and operational mechanisms that sit behind successful workplace projects.
At Altis, he works across strategy, briefing, progressive budgeting, procurement and turnkey delivery, helping clients translate business objectives into workplaces that are not only well designed, but commercially controlled and deliverable. His current focus is on how the office can move beyond attendance and become a place people actively choose: a destination that supports purpose, belonging, collaboration and a better everyday workplace experience.
