Registration

The summit will be held on May 19 – 21, 2026, at the Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, The Netherlands

Delegate passes are divided into two categories:

The summit is held in person to ensure the best networking and interactive experience. Virtual attendance is not available.

Passes are individual and non-transferable once the event has begun. However, if you’d like to substitute a colleague before the event, we can accommodate this. Please notify us in advance at [email protected].

We welcome press and media representatives. Accredited journalists and media partners can request a press pass by contacting our team at [email protected] We will provide further details regarding media access and partnership opportunities.

Yes, we offer a limited number of discounted rooms at the official event hotel for registered participants. Availability is based on hotel capacity, so we recommend booking your accommodation early to secure the special rate.

Yes. Your Delegate Pass includes lunch, coffee breaks, and refreshments on both summit days, as well as access to networking activities such as the “Know Your Peers” Cocktail Reception.
