Lars Sørensen studied Communication, Didactics and Social Skills. Started to work as event organiser in social development projects. Worked as coach, trainer and teacher and suddenly found himself on National radio at BNR Newsradio and National Radio 2.

In just a few years he grew to become one of the best moderators/presenters of Holland and was nominated for the moderator of the year award in 2013.

Next to hosting, interviewing, moderation and being chairman, Lars olso works on the production side of events. As co-producer, creative and event-designer he likes to create events that bring content to life.

As a presenter he has his own tv program on 7Ditches.TV a new and innovative online business channel.

Collaboration for an event, or broadcasting with Lars Sørensen is a high energy cocktail with a interactive flavour, and a comfortable mix between sharp, critical questions and a nice twist of humor.

Over the years Lars has been the host and moderator for a wide variety of companies and organizations.

 

Pieter Kool

During the final phase of his master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Pieter Kool approached G-Star to develop the “G-Star Store of the Future”. The project made a significant impression on the company, leading Kool to join G-Star on graduation from the Delft University of Technology in 2004. Initially designing trade fair stands; Kool’s responsibilities quickly grew. From 2012 to 2017 he lead the 3D Design and Development Department. In this role, Kool was responsible for all global 3D output of the brand, outside of apparel – from retail concepts and company interiors, to RAW Crossover projects. Kool’s involvement in RAW Crossover projects includes that of the RAW Prouvé collection, a range of furniture created in collaboration with the Prouvé family and manufactured by Vitra. He also was heavily involved in the recent development of the G-Star HQ in Amsterdam, designed the OMA Architecture firm. From 2012 to 2014 Kool set up the G-Star online design team, with the focus on translating the G-Star 3D design philosophy into the virtual world and omnichannel strategy. The current G-Star.com is the result of this work. In March 2013, Kool was awarded ‘Engineer of the Year’ in by the Dutch Royal Institute of Engineers. The jury commented, “…His technical solutions show the creative force of the engineering profession, bringing people into contact with it on a daily basis.” Since September 2017 Kool runs his own studio, working at the crossroads of retail, brand development and architecture. “…In a world of blending channels and accelerated change, interior design as a fixed and final solution, is not enough anymore. My focus is on designing adaptive systems and tools for interiors of any kind, that allow for change and evolution.” Kool frequently delivers key notes on topics including brand development, retail design and workspace design

Marijn Schenk (1973) graduated in 1999 from the Technical University of Delft, Faculty of Architecture. He is one of the founders of NEXT architects (www.nextarchitects.com), an international architecture office based in Amsterdam. At NEXT, Marijn was closely involved in the design of innovative workspaces, including B.Amsterdam, hotspot for startups, freelancers and creative entrepreneurs. The project was nominated for the Geurt Brinkgrevebokaal 2016, a yearly prize of the municipality of Amsterdam for the best  initiative in the field of redevelopment and renovation. In addition to his work at NEXT, Marijn is appointed director of Town Planning for the city of Amstelveen, chairman for the BNA Research Fund and advisor in the Committee for Wealth and Monuments for the municipality of Utrecht.

Jan Gerard Hoendervanger works as a senior researcher and lecturer at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, the Netherlands. Within the Hanze knowledge centre ‘NoorderRuimte’, Centre of Research and Innovation for Built Environment, he collaborates with practitioners, students and fellow researchers from various disciplines. Key themes in his work are: healthy workplace, workspace design, Corporate Real Estate Management and New Ways of Working. In his PhD research, he analyses psychological aspects of activity-based work environments. He has a background as a management consultant and was primarily educated in Management Science at the University of Twente.

Working in the field of office design since 1997, she also has been interviewed on BBC radio, presents internationally and writes for magazines and professional publications on the subject of office acoustics for human health, well-being and performance.
